SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

To ensure the utmost convenience and efficiency, Kolmar Global partners with professional shipping carriers to deliver health and beauty products directly to our customers nationwide.

I. Shipping Scope and Geographical Restrictions

  • Kolmar supports delivery to all provinces and regions within the territory of Vietnam.
  • All orders are packaged in accordance with pharmaceutical and cosmetic preservation standards to ensure the highest product quality upon reaching our customers.

II. Estimated Delivery Time

Thanks to the API integration with our shipping carriers, the actual delivery time will be calculated and displayed dynamically at the checkout step based on your specific address. Standard estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Urban Areas (Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City): 1 – 2 working days.
  • Other Provinces / Cities: 3 – 5 working days.
  • Note: Estimated delivery times do not include Sundays and public holidays in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws.

III. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping carrier’s rate card, considering the total order weight and the geographical distance from our warehouse to your delivery address. This fee will be transparently and publicly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

IV. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, a tracking number (waybill code) will be updated in our system. You can actively track your shipment using one of the following two methods:

  1. Contact and provide your order ID via our website Chat box, Hotline 028 7303 8801, or message our official Fanpage. Kolmar will promptly check and update your “Order Status”.
  2. Use the provided tracking number to check directly on the shipping carrier’s official website or tracking system to follow the real-time journey of your package.

V. Allocation of Responsibilities and Product Documentation in Delivery

  • Responsibility for Goods: In the event of unforeseen incidents during transit (lost packages, damaged packaging caused by transportation), Kolmar Global commits to working closely with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and protect our customers’ rights by dispatching a replacement product as quickly as possible.
  • Responsibility for Product Documentation: Kolmar is strictly responsible for issuing and providing all legal and relevant documents accompanying the goods (including financial invoices, inventory dispatch notes, and delivery slips) to the shipping carrier before dispatch. The shipping carrier is responsible for safely preserving, carrying, and presenting these documents to the customer for inspection at the exact time of delivery.

VI. Handling of Delivery Delays

In case of unexpected delivery delays caused by force majeure events (extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, traffic infrastructure issues, or nationwide logistics overloads), Kolmar will proactively and timely inform you via Phone or Email.

If the delay affects your scheduling and you choose not to wait, you completely reserve the right to cancel your order.
